Hamish graduated from AUT University in 2017 with a BHSc (Physiotherapy) Degree and is currently completing his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. He is certified in Functional Movement Systems Levels 1 and 2.
Hamish has a passion for strength and conditioning and treating sports specific injuries. Hamish has been involved in developing and undertaking ACL re-injury prevention testing here at RJP. Hamish has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and has a passion for football and is currently working with the Eastern Suburbs National League team.

Emily graduated from AUT in 2014. She completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture in 2018, and Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019, as well as Level 1 & 2 certificates in Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
Emily has a special interest in sports injuries, neck and lower back problems. She offers clinical Pilates and Functional Movement Screens (FMS) to help restore faulty movement patterns.
Emily continues to work with the Senior NZ’s Women’s Futsal Team (Futsal Ferns), AFF Women’s Premier Futsal Team, as well as Badminton NZ.
Emily speaks fluent Mandarin.
Ben Sims graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019. He will be involved with the Glenfield Rovers 1st team this year, assisting Jason Rope.
He has a background in rugby but shares a love for all sports and has an interest in treating sports injuries and assisting athletes with their return to sport.
Aaron graduated from AUT in 2019 with a BHSc(Physiotherapy) and will be continuing his studies with a PGD in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
He has a passion for all sports, in particular rock climbing. Aaron has previous experience working with sports teams as a student, having provided him with experience in clinical reasoning, injury management and manual therapy.
Aaron has a passion for helping others and assisting them in achieving their goals.
Roland Jeffery graduated in 1994 from AIT, completed his post graduate studies (Manip) in 2001, post graduate certificate in Western Acupuncture 2004 and his MHSC (Masters) in 2004. He has completed his level one and two certificates in Functional Movement Screening (FMS).
Roland has worked extensively in football since 2001 and is the current senior physiotherapist for NZ Football (All Whites). He works with Glenfield Rovers Premier Men’s team. He has worked with club and representative football as well as NZU17, 20, 23 Men’s teams and the Football Ferns in 2007.
He has attended the World Cup in 2010 and Olympic Games in 2012. He has attended every All Whites fixture as lead physio since 2003. He also attended the Women’s World Cup in 2007 with the Football Ferns.
Roland specializes in sports injuries (specifically football) and has a passion for treating back and neck pain. He works with clients at RJ Physio and manages his 15 full time therapists.
