V-Rock

Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you and your arms above your head as shown in picture 1.  Using lots of momentum, roll backwards (picture 2) and then rock back into a sitting position (picture 3).  The challenge is to use large movements to create momentum to get from position 2 to position 3 and to then brake your momentum before your heels touch the floor in picture 3.  You should try to keep approximately the same hip angle throughout the movement.
